3. Product information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of photography, screen settings or normal variations in materials. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Product availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities where reasonably necessary, including to prevent fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale.

4. Orders and the contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy the goods in your basket. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, depending on the wording shown during checkout.

5. Prices and payment

6. Delivery

Available delivery destinations, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date. We will contact you if a material delay occurs.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

7. Cancellation and returns

For most goods purchased online, UK consumers may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the goods are received. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions can apply, including to personalised goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and certain perishable items.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund where handling beyond what is reasonably necessary has diminished the value of the goods, as permitted by law. Unless the goods are faulty, not as described, or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of return where this was explained before purchase.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law and our Refund & Return Policy. Your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions are subject to their stated dates, availability and any additional conditions. Unless expressly stated, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or used on excluded products.
